No. Our program is aimed at people experiencing neuroplastic pain and symptoms, or symptoms generated by the brain that are not indicative of a problem in the body. While 80-90% of chronic pain has at least a partially neuroplastic component, some types of pain do have a structural cause which will continue to create pain. When pain is only partially neuroplastic, we can turn down the volume on it but may not be able to eliminate it. Click here to take our free assessment to find out if your pain or symptoms are neuroplasic.
Neuroplastic pain is pain that is being generated by the brain that is not indicative of a problem in the body. This could be pain that continues to exist after an injury has healed. Or pain that began without cause. Essentially, your brain is sending out a danger signal (pain) in error and you can teach your brain to correct it.
In most cases, neuroplastic pain is the result of chronic stress and/or trauma. Stress and trauma put our nervous systems into a heightened state of alert where they begin to scan the surroundings for danger. But from a heightened state of alert (fear), our brains often find danger when none is actually present.
Yes! Anxiety and chronic pain are two sides of the same coin: your nervous system on a heightened state of alert, telling you there is danger when there is not. People who have chronic pain and symptoms usually also have anxiety. Our process addresses both.
In many cases, yes. An allergy is an exaggerated response to an otherwise benign stimuli. In many cases, you can teach your brain to unlearn an allergy or sensitivity.
Our video course is designed to help people heal on their own. Many people will be able to heal through taking our video course alone. Some will want or need extra support and encouragement along the way, and that's who our full program is designed for. If you're not sure, the first 2 months of our community membership is free, so give it a shot!
If you commit to our program, watch the videos, meet with us to make a plan and to check in along the way, and do the exercises we recommend and do not experience any relief within 6 weeks, contact us and we will refund your money for the video course.
